These have rubber around the clamps where they attach to your nipples. This also has a chain connecting each other. Which is convenient for the women or men who like to add a little bit of weight for the pinch-tugging sensation. Also to clean, I use rubbing alcohol , squirt a little bit into a paper towel, and clean the clamps!
