I originally ordered this penis pump by Canwin for a gag gift for my boyfriend. Boy did he get a good laugh from it. I took this out of the box and it was pretty easy to put it together.

I put this on my tummy to see if it would really do what it says. And it does. You use the handle to pump it up and there is a button to release it. It takes a little while to get to the desired pressure. It is important to take it slow and gradual if you do not you can really hurt yourself

The cylinder is a good size so it should be able to hold any size penis. There is a rubber flap that your penis would pass through when entering the cylinder. I would use a water base lubricate on this part. This is what keeps it air tight. The cylinder is clear so you can see what is going on.

It is also easy to clean.
